That’s why at Sibu we just subscribe 512kbps package which is enough and same even said it’s the same with 1mbps. What I tried to say here is the “stability“! Don’t disconnect me from online research, don’t time out me when I’m on my way viewing the porn research and don’t disconnect me from blogging! Slow speed can be explained, since we all actually use the same port, and if too many people downloading it will result other who didn’t download become slow on speed, so it doesn’t matter how big the company, this shit happen. But stability is not disconnecting, it’s about the backup work they’ve prepared, the attitude toward the consumers. Or they’re just too old and lose memory about consumers? Imagine some old folks wearing some sort of incontinence supplies sitting in office claimed to be the support team and do things they remember only.
