It’s been a long long time since I last sweat myself, it’s also a long time since I played my favourite sport. Yesterday, my friend brought me to the one and only basket ball court in Bukit Puchong here, where there were only teenagers playing there, don’t underestimate them, they are in pro stage…

Correct me if I’m wrong, why KL lifestyle is faster and the sport is faster too? I don’t understand, they play so fast, the ball roll so fast that I can’t keep it up, even if I can, I would be dead tiring after one run Too much smoke and too less sport, got to sport more smoke less now

I’ve timeout myself after each game, but not them, they keep warm up after each game, those are monsters… By continue this sport for a few week, I’m sure I don’t need any diet pills for this…
