The smartest day of my life

Smartest day
Went to indoor and outdoor pre-wedding shooting. It was the smartest day of my life :) Though it is tiring, especially when we went to the water fall, climbing the rock just to get a good location. First time have the experience of shooting outdoor, bringing all kind of moving boxes and clothing is very annoying actually, and everyone is looking at you too…

Most expensive breakfast I ate

Expensive dimsum breakfast
I am not a person who “Live for eat” so I don’t really appreciate food, as long as it fill my hunger I’m good. So the whole family went to one of the famous dimsum restaurant the other day. Though it is just a “breakfast” but they all treat it like they should eat as much as they can like it is some sort of lunch… :?

PC Fair small but worth more

Medan PC Fair
A small PC fair held in Medan fair mall. Have a quick look and price survey, they are all way cheaper than Malaysia PC Fair… Girlfriend just ordered a CCIS cartridge for her printer, costing only Rp 100,000 (RM36) whereas in Malaysia… You do a research. By the way, it cost me RM150 2 years back.

Good plat number

Nice plat number
When most Malaysian are looking for a good number plat for their vehicle and paying thousand of ringgit for JPJ just because they held the number. Here in Medan, I see all nice number being used, like typical Chinese, 168, 188, 388, 888 even 1 also their favorite number and can be seen easily on the road :)

See you soon. September is going to be a good month for me, so I won’t be here that much :)

Some allergic happening

Location
I think it happen due to the weather changes or so. If you did not notice, you can check into Malaysia map, according to the geographical location of Selangor (Puchong precisely), Malacca and Medan, Sumatra Indonesia. They are all located on different latitude, their weather is very different.

I got this itchy body for few days already, no idea what happening, but went for a Chinese sifu and he told me it’s because the weather is not good. I have to say, everytime I step to Medan I will fall ill, even the smallest matter like soar throat. Coming here is like a drug rehab for me, I don’t smoke that much as well :P But still fall ill because of not smoking enough? Hmm…

Anyway, went to spa just now, what a Sunday morning :) Going to love this place soon… By the way, it’s the third time I went to those massage center in this week, am I addicted to it or what?!

Merdeka Walk
Tonight, I went to pakto with my girl friend at some place that crowded with Medanese and some weird stuff. It used to be our favorite pakto place, but it changed suddenly because too crowded. However, today the feel came back so we went there for a small dinner, at first we thought to have a better dinner night at the open air area, due to the environment and weather we choose to eat at McDonald’s because Pizza hut is way expensive than in Malaysia.

Well, let’s talk about what is the latest marketing we should follow up with…
Pad demo
Yes, the pad :) While we were finishing our meal, the girl next table looked at us and came for some introduction about herself and the “business” she wanna talk about. Then her upline came to us also and told us the latest marketing nowadays is the pad! Women pad is the most consumed goods on the planet. If you are selling this (Well, with benefit comparing with other brands of course), which women are gonna reject? And by the way, which women doesn’t need this! Right…

With the price tagging at Rp845,000 (RM280+) for 19 pack, I wonder with so many people having low income this days are gonna spend that much to put on their… :?

Rich man’s wedding

It’s rare for me to attend any wedding dinner, especially when I’m in Sibu. Anyway, it was the golden chance for me to attend a rich man’s wedding tonight at some high-classes-5-stars-ballroom. I don’t know where is it exactly though, it’s Medan, the third largest city in Indonesia, who cares where I am, as long as I’m in a comfy zone :)

Normally (As I heard) rich man would hired bunch of people to performe on the wedding night. First there was MC, who is very fluent with Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese and Hokkien :)

Then, they will also hired some dancer and singers to sing on stage. By the way, the female singer up there is a bumi :) who can sing a nice Chinese song.

Nonetheless, due to some powerful people and powerful culture, the stage then showed me some good arses before handing another meal to us.

Keep On Black Out

Mati lampu always
After a month I’m here, I thought there won’t be any black out again, but just when I’m touch down the land, black out happen. Am I really “dai sai” to Medan as well? :lol: Each time I’m here, there WILL be black out happen averagely 4 hours, and the worst thing is it happen on the noon time, when the sun is shining 90 degree above our head, and all the heat went into the house and just when we desperately needing some fan or air conditional, the black out came.

Half a minute after the black out, you can heard all kind of noisy engine sound started to play and you can see all those steering rack alike genset with some dirty smoke coming out non-stop. The only way to go was to the nearest shopping complex, have a walk there, spend some money sitting in the McDonalds and talk cock for like… 4 hours averagely :?
