Properties in Malaysia is up in the sky

Went to check out a few new properties recently. Some became my dream house, costing up to RM1million, for a terraced house. Funny how the property price raise soooo freaking fast just this few years.

So far, I haven’t really flexing my muscle on house/apartment yet. Besise small cabinet stuff and a rheem heat pump that I installed a month back. I’m looking for one… Still haven’t see one that is actually “click”.

Back then, there was an area where I like the most (still like it), the price was RM350,000, now they are double the price! Yet, I haven’t felt that I’m 5.8% richer according to whatever report the newspaper tried to tell me. Even if it is true, I don’t think that enable me to get on :(

I always believe in faith, self-control (Ok, probably not too good in self-control part, but that’s another story) and cleanliness.

Cherating

Faith, is when I believe that what in my face will be following me the whole day. If I woke up thinking some shitty stuff, my whole day going to be shit. The same thing if I woke up in the morning thinking some good things going to happen, at least I get a good day. So I wake up with a smile mostly, self-control isn’t that strong yet so it is a “mostly” happen thing.

Controller

Self-control is where I failed at bad habit, but others, I can still resist it. Like getting stuff for myself, I don’t believe in working hard and “reward” myself a thing or two. I believe, we work to live; eat for survive. That control me from buying unecessary stuff, and eventually I keep thing minimum and less messy.

Organize

Cleanliness is like faith. How my room, my pocket, even my wallet looks going to reflect how a life I am having. If I having a messy room, my life will starts to get very messy and crowded and very unorganise. While I was in university life, I encounter quite a lot of this situation, so I keep myself check of my room from time to time, preferable weekend.

Time for some shopping

Mall

Not only are we happily went shopping. New clothes, new shoes, new underwears, best diet pills for women, complete some leftover wishlist and all the like before heading for a new year at hometown. On the other hand, we are worrying about our day and night.

On the day, we pray for not meet up with any police. Either they will wish you a good “Gong Xi Fa Chai” or they will… You know, a lot news in the media already. None are good. On the night, we pray for no theive (Or robbery if big) cases around our resident area.

In short, either one we all cannot depend on. Both are the same kind, only who has the license to do so, no?

Social definition

A lot of people always attracted to social definition. Like how you should be if you are a man, boy, girl, lady and etc.

Definition

Success, in social definition is, money + properties + assets. So we all run around looking for that. Which make sense that there are lot of so-called best diet pill for women and they still work for woman.

As a female, they are tend to behave (Read: Behave, not learn or come as natural) in a way the society accepted. Like sitting probably. Wearing better, or worse I heard, use perfume. Same goes to male. Male need to be successful (as defined earlieer on above), and if you have none of those, you are consider as poor, useless and all the nasty name you can think of.

Well, that is just how society define a thing, maybe for their better research finding, or anything. But what’s important is how you react to the definition? Some wrote their own definition, some follow the whole definition by the society.

Time out

Time to take some time out. It’s quite bothering me sometimes when I think about me working non-stop on the weekday as well. I mean, the reason people work for their own is to have their own time and have more time doing others stuff. If I am to worry about my business, means the business isn’t running and I am the one running the business. What’s the point anyway? :P Speaking about being lazy…

Anyway, later will be out to One Utama and then Sunway Pyramid for some research on shopping :D Somehow, my wife is quite fasinating with Christian Louboutin shoes, we might also check it out too.

That’s why having a car means going out more often. Need to stop thinking about outting…
