Can’t really tell how I feel already. As thing happen too quick and unannounced.

Right on the morning, I got a phone call from my mother advising me to go home instead of going Medan. So I thought probably a good thing to do, since it sound like an urgently important.

At the airport, I called again, to make sure how thing went on. And then, the news break out.

It took me a few hundred for the “budget” ticket to go home, while my wife, going her way instead, the plane is fulled!

One thing we all not quite sure about is, how can a “budget” airline doesn’t have a budget for their flight? I mean, a maximum and minimum fee should be imposed, because after all, they are a “budget” airline, unlike how MAS works. So they get you to get all sort of thing, paying for a seat, get a disability insurance and all the like.

Well, what can we say? As a nation, we tend to have to “eat-the-dead-cat” all the time. AirAsia, works just like how Proton did. Comparing with others, they are of course, lower price. So, whatever services, lousy, bad, shit, they tend to be better competitive with others. Like the saying, you paid what you get.

I did, give my patient for years for what they did always, and still doing the same. I listed a few pure stupidity points of them. Here goes:

Lower price than MAS

They keep advertise and telling the people in Malaysia that they are budget, everyone can fly with them (in a sense, yes, duh!). My previous entry clearly showed that MAS has a lower fare by RM300 plus compare with AirAsia.

I posted in AirAsia facebook, no reply at all. Instead, those people in Malaysia who got brain washed shows their support by telling me MAS charging taxes for RM300+, fuck those moron who has no sense of browsing skill.

Delay, delay and more delay comes to 89% punctuation

Before they made the re-design of their site, remember on the side bar shows a chart on how they are on-time? Where is it now? Obviously they know they cannot be on time and won’t have a good 89% record of punctuation!

Both my parent has been stopped in LCCT for 2 times because of this 11% of delay. Oh, no more chart today, so they are save with whatever percent they’re going to tell you or on the media. Even if they did previously, it doesn’t mean they are accurate too. Statistic is a pure lies, if you not knowing it yet.

System that works on 3am to 6am

Remember how ridiculous they told you that booking on 3am to 6am to ensure (listen, no guarantee) you get the promotional price of their flight? With this kind of standards, they are calling themselves an International corporate.

Not only that, their system cannot check whether you bought the skybus ticket or not. I don’t know what is the point adding the skybus ticket in online system when they cannot help search the name or Itinerary number. What else can’t an International corporate do?

RM9 to become RM29

So they are telling you on 12.00am they are going to release a good RM9 fare for fly, once 12.00am hit the clock, logon, seriously, who get the RM9? I get RM29 all the time… If 2 seconds can made the 1,000,000 seats disappear, I wonder what else magic can AirAsia do.

Just give us the God damn RM9 fare, stop showing me the RM29.

Conclusion

It is good to know that MAS has stop this disaster by stopping them to fly more countries. They are actually just conning our money for their good and keep doing that.

First, no reply from Facebook, then no reply from Twitter as well. So what is the point joining the bandwagon of social media? To keep brain washing those consumers to believe that you have the lower price?

I don’t know, maybe I am just one consumer who gets all these all the time. But I believe that the more consumers getting the lesser business they’re going to do. Because consumers grown up too. Remember how 308 happen? Because voters grown up.

I will NEVER, EVER fly AirAsia anymore.

Semua perterbangan ditukar masa! Masih boleh bagi 85% untuk ketepatan AirAsia…

Lah~ Semua diorang yang cakap lah~

Always read before click! Not everything is “Ok” or “Yes”

Anyway, been booking online for 4 years now, never did I get any special treatment by AirAsia. There is no royalty talk with them, all about money and saving and flying. Speaking of which, there’s promotion from August to October, are you flying somewhere? I don’t recall any country that doesn’t have swine flu.

Well, AirAsia came out first with low fare and never mention about fuel charges. Then petrol price sky rocket to RM2.80, AirAsia telling people they waived fuel price, and the ticket fee still the same (like we ever paid the fuel price). Then continue with first check-in ticket worth RM20, continue with luggage fee and now seat. In the end of the day, they are adding more and more payment…

I thought AirAsia would bring my family together the other night. First time I bought tickets for my both parent and looking forward to spend some times with my parents at Puchong for a few days and on my graduation. As of my budget, think about a student who work a little, so it’s very very limited.

Due to the usual schedule, AirAsia always like to put their economic seat at night time. Now I got it clear why it’s at night. The flight got delayed for 2 hours for technical problem. My parent fly from Kuching to KL which is faster than me and once they arrived in LCCT, they called me and I was still at Sibu airport. Well, at first AirAsia staff told me that the flight delayed for 45 minutes and I counted, it still fine, as my taxi fee isn’t that high yet.

Well, if technical problem it’s fine for me, because it’s about the whole plane life in the hand of the plane. However, I get to waited for 2 hours for nothing. I’ve already checked in at waiting room, all the airport restaurant has been closed and I need to stay hunger for hours. So, what is the use of AirAsia GoInsure? All the travel insurance they offer seems very useless. I still don’t understand one thing, there is no backup plane at all? Or local consumers are just small cases? My parent, age between 48 to 50 waited me for 2 hours in LCCT just to save my one-time taxi fee. They get to sleep at 3.00am just because the delay and our budget. This, have to really thanks to AirAsia.

Heh… And I thought because MAS monopoly the sky last time so they dare doing things. I guess AirAsia monopoly the budget flight so they dare doing things too. Business always the same don’t they?

I thought of giving a shot to MAS after a few attempt on getting a cheaper fare from AirAsia. Although previously I found that MAS isn’t any cheaper. Today, I got a little shock from MAS, as the price different are quite wide.

I clicked on both RM22 fare on returning ticket, giving me a whopping RM384! So then I checked into AirAsia again, to compare back…

On AirAsia, I clicked on both RM90 fare on returning ticket. The cost only RM350 cheaper than MAS on overall price. Like I’m gonna use star cruises back to Sibu. See! I can have baggage checked. Even though the price of the ticket is far different (RM22 and RM90) but in the end, the price is still more “budget” than MAS.

Think twice. Today I read it on newspaper and it’s so funny to see how desperate MAS wanted to take over AirAsia consumers. By using AirAsia color and element on their ads? Direct competition isn’t it? I didn’t get the shot though, so bear with me on your mind Anyway, reading from the newspaper, MAS so confident that the fare they promoting now is the cheapest and most importantly much cheaper than AirAsia, however, AirAsia CEO Tony was also acting so confident that their fare are the lowest, if anyone has a lower fare of MAS can get the money paid by Tony. Whoa, cool guy talks eh?

I’m afraid Tony is right, AirAsia will and still be the cheapest. Flying from Sarawak to Kuala Lumpur cost me only RM90 and remember, there is flight fee too, which is RM11. Somehow I read in the newspaper that flying from and to Sabah and Sarawak will cost RM122+ and flying in Peninsula Malaysia costing RM88+ by MAS RM0 fare promotion. Hmm… Which part of MAS asking that AirAsia didn’t?

Typical win-lose situation here. MAS has their pride, yes, it’s good to have pride so you get confident, but over pride isn’t that good too. AirAsia has a very limited flight routine if count from international flight. MAS who “actually” monopoly Malaysia airline that helps by the government have a tough competition with a newly formed 6 years old AirAsia? How pathetic…
