This few days my house experience the time out from Streamyx again. Everytime if I didn’t notice my Airport bar, I will get the cannot find pages, which is very very frustrated and annoying at the same time. I wonder what is the best effort that Streamyx claimed all the time.

Many people don’t look at the terms before sign up and end up keep fucking Streamyx for the slow speed, well, slow speed sometimes can be frustrated as well, but it’s still fine for me as long as I’m able to do my work, which normally just research and images searching. At the slow speed, download really sucks then.

No no no, I’m not complaining about the slow speed, cause I really get used to it already. That’s why at Sibu we just subscribe 512kbps package which is enough and same even said it’s the same with 1mbps. What I tried to say here is the “stability“! Don’t disconnect me from online research, don’t time out me when I’m on my way viewing the porn research and don’t disconnect me from blogging! Slow speed can be explained, since we all actually use the same port, and if too many people downloading it will result other who didn’t download become slow on speed, so it doesn’t matter how big the company, this shit happen. But stability is not disconnecting, it’s about the backup work they’ve prepared, the attitude toward the consumers. Or they’re just too old and lose memory about consumers? Imagine some old folks wearing some sort of incontinence supplies sitting in office claimed to be the support team and do things they remember only.

Fine, nothing I can do also, just bash out on the disconnect mood. Let’s just wait and wait and wait until the connection is 100% fine, so I can continue my research and download…

Damn! Since Monday I don’t have class and I got 3 assignments, I planned to do each assignment everyday to finish them all in perfection. And all of the sudden, this Monday, where I’m doing Design Research, which require lots and lots of research, I can’t get thru this internet.

The connection now is so unstable that I keep getting disconnect and reconnect and disconnect and reconnect again. How the hell can I get thru a webpage if the connection stop in the middle?

Yes, almost the whole morning I got this message from Safari Thank you for noticing me that Streamyx noticing you to notice that there is no connection.

It’s been weeks, months or maybe years I didn’t call Streamyx customers care line and now I’m considering to give a call tomorrow morning. How can I online and download MP3 with the connection that disconnect every 10 to 15 minutes? I’ve been watching the ADSL LED all the time when I’m online you see. Each time I felt the slow down loading page I can see the LED blinking.

Honestly I don’t mind a slow connection, I mean no one would expect a real good connection from Streamyx right? But at least a stable connectivity is a must for a broadband isn’t it? Best effort mean with connection and a stable ones, not an unstable connection and not to mention a dial up speed. 4MB broadband my ass! I can’t imagine if I’m paying RM268 a month getting a suck ass connection with unstable connectivity, does TM really give the best to its customers?

I don’t know where to point my finger, the technicians? The marketing? The IT staffs? Or the board of Directors? I know there won’t be one story on every incident, but humor me somebody please?

And I terminate the streamyx and Telekom line, as I don’t need it anymore… So long for the streamyx who followed me for the last 1 and 7 months…

But as they told me that it will terminated right away, and I came back home… I still can online??? Are they really sure of what they said or not? Or maybe I need to disconnect in order to really terminate?

Another time TM Net shot me with it service. I mean really, I do not want to call it as TM Nut, but it had really forced me to say so. After the first time of the serious down time, they started to get unstable with me. Well, I’m a kind person really, even my girlfriend can’t stand of my kindness or I shall say, my “easy forgiveness”. I always allow people and service to test my patient for days or even years before I really shout in front of them. And of course, I get this screen for a couple of days…

Well, I really don’t freaking understand why and how can TM Net survive after so many complaint made by Malaysia Bloggers and Malaysia Forum, and yet they can still continue advertise their services. They rather take this million ringgit to advertise their service than to fix the hole they have, you know what I mean?

They really concentrate on money making more than customer’s satisfaction. Well, the good thing from them to cunsomers recently was the upgrade of TM Point interior, and no more. Heh, it’s really funny for most Streamyx users and I. At the first time I get my boardband at hometown, and they do really gave me the satisfaction of boardband, at that point of time, I have like hundred of good and nice testimonial for them, but once they are down, I have more than hundred or even million of bad testimonial for them…

Gosh… I think consumers should also take a look of themselve? Or… They already do?
