Malaysia broadband

Went for a short jogging, to calm down my blood pressure. I can’t help but crying while jogging because the broadband here. I know it sound stupid, but for me, Internet is my rice bowl you understand, I can’t help myself to not to get mad for this kind of service I get. I tried Streamyx, P1 and Celcom, none of them provide a decent stable and reliable connectivity for me. They sure frequent disconnect if not can’t connect at all. I wonder what is the motive behind this connection problem Malaysia facing.

Malaysia isn’t a very developing country, with GDP close to USD3800 and above, a lot of things should also following up. Or I can only assume “service” in Malaysia is not on the par with any other country outside? Services from government firm, police and all are all lousy. That’s why no body bother to go to police station for report, not because Malaysian are kind person, it is because no service in Malaysia is reliable.

Too be more positive, it is good to have a jog too, at least I don’t need to waste money on weight loss pills for the wedding photo shooting. Sigh… Just when I am free to pursuit all the left-over work on hand, services like this hit harder than any other time.

Yet another day with Streamyx

So, I thought the sommon would give them some lesson on not to fool the customer again. Which I think it’s just useless, because they just so used to be like this since the first day of their existance.
Streamyx
It’s not about how they restoration going on, but rather, how they answer the customer that make me go nut. The other day, my itchy hand told me to search around the complaint people made in The Star online. Unfortunately, I only found a few, which I think The Star editor has been very hardworking on censoring a lot of them. What made this complaint so good? Well, Streamyx technicial actually replied back in The Star to make sure he is working fine now. My question? They how about people around the area that possibly having the same problem like him and just so fed up to even pick up the phone or online to do this complaint?

Giving one person satisfaction is just not the right thing to do. Just because they push, doesn’t mean they are exclusive in the matter. Search around the google about the complaint on Streamyx or Scream me or TMNut, I bet they can’t run away from the 10,000 pages. But really, does this matter to them (Streamyx)?

If you’re talking about a developing country (Like they mention for Malaysia) I would expect a better one, because “developing” means getting better and better to compete with the developed country. But if you’re talking about third world country wannabe, I think that is the “best effort” the country can give.

Streamyx please lah

I tell you, working with some work that require Streamyx not only make one blood pressure sky rocket, you don’t even need to go extreme way to diet or using Fenphedra pills. All you need is a work and a Streamyx connection. Just when I got home yesterday night, I notice the whole internet connection speed had been changed!!! Loading a webpage takes ages to finish, some with a bit more Javascript can never finish loading, not to mention all the Ajax pages became pages only.

Before this, I heard my girl friend told me that something wrong with Streamyx and everything should be fixed and back to normal on 31st December 2008 and I guess it’s not. What shocked me more was even accessing Malaysia server also took ages of my time. Never had Streamyx satisfy me since September 2008. Even now a new year came Streamyx still tend to work like this, how are all those students gonna do research online? How about those online freelancer? Are Streamyx even give any consideration to anybody beside their time on fixing it?

Gosh… How I wish P1 is in Puchong area now. Lots of good comment from my friends who experience P1, but they are not here yet! GRrr…

Streamyx oh streamyx

Again, this few days, I have difficulty login to some website, can’t login to TMnet official website, can’t login to Washington DC dentist search site as well. And I thought only Sarawak having this problem, I did not make any call for Puchong yet, but I bet they will have almost the same problem as well. I just can’t help to think that there is not enough port for all the users, so they unplug the one they’ve been plug for week and change to the one who been unplugged for week, sharing just a few port for thousand of users.
Streamyx
Everytime when I got something on, Streamyx just don’t wanna work well. Still promoting all those combo and bla bla package and they all not actually working well. Sound to me so like my college :) Right… Now I can get a conclusion, it’s Malaysian style :)

Streamyx Lai Liao

Sorry for the lack of update lately. I’m under the dark lighting fixtures of my room, keep trying to login to my blog, just to find out I can’t, I checked my host provider, thinking they must have been fucked up, I can’t access as well. I was thinking to give them sometimes before bash them with my email. I asked my girl friend if she can access to her site (Which is hosted under my package), she said it’s fine. Weird, I went to asked my friend as well, and there I go, Streamyx again! Streamyx o streamyx, what’s wrong with you again? I’m not talking about the downtime or keep disconnecting, rather, cannot reach MANY websites.
Error pages
I keep getting this image when I can’t access to any website or just some “Page Load Error”. I cannot login to my weblog for days now, nothing was repair though, and I don’t know how to talk to the support about this.

Sometiems it’s ok, but after refresh, everything gone again. I have to keep refresh a page in order to view one page, which is very very annoying. Hopefully they notice this problem as well, I’m too lazy to call the support that giving me the same answer everytime.
