Sibu X-Ball Challenge

Sibu X-Ball Challenge
This morning, I woke up seven early eight early to not miss the last day of Sibu X-Ball Challenge. It’s been years I did not play any basketball, and it shock me that people here are more skillful everyday now. Sibu X-Ball Challenge main sponsor were Dunlop (For the ball), Alan Saloon (For the basket perhaps?), Redbull (For the energy drinks, only players gets it though :( ) and etc, I can’t really read all those sponsors, but most of the sponsors’ logo were repeated on the banner for sure, now try to spot the same logo there…
Challenge
I finally saw the REAL street ball by Sibuan, no shit! Look at those video I recorded…

Not bad eh?

Apparently the skillful team did not win the match, because showing too much of the skills… I did not watch the whole games though :P There are just too much thing to do at home… Wash clothes, rice haven’t cook, car haven’t bring to maintain and etc…

Merry Christmas

It’s been another year since I last visit Sibu’s Christian Road Show. Each year I watch I’ll felt christmas day on that night only, too bad :?
Band
Anyway, this year I saw quite a number of band, from BB, GB and schools all came out…
Band
I think their ideas were finished using it for the past few years, because each time I saw a lorry, they must be carrying either angels, or the same old thing…
Field
I don’t know what this scene call, but it’s an important scene for christmas though, anyone please guide me?
Field
Then angels flying around from lorry to road…
Angels
Angels
Nothing new, nothing surprising too… I think this is the night all Sibu citizen are out for this, I haven’t read today’s newspaper yet…
People
This walk took like an hour and half, now I know just how many christian in Sibu and why would KL people said “Sibu’s christian very rich o!”…

Chap Goh Meh

Ok, it’s a bit late to say this, since I woke up so the late this morning (Or say, afternoon?). Well, like usual, the 15th day (last day) of the Chinese New Year, there will be some buddah road show, as a busy body person, I went for it. I didn’t watch it for ages already, so it’s a good chance to have a look this year. Cause my college holiday is so long for me :D
Dragon
This dragon was the head of this road show. Cool dragon, but I was waiting for some lion dance. Cause they have more style compare to dragon which only go round and round and round…
Estacy Lion
Not this lion dance I wanted to see. I used to called this lion dance as “Estacy Lion” cause they just kept shaking the head… Oh well…
Kids Lion
This is the small lion. All played by kids, I never knew there was a kids’ lion dance in town…
King Of Lion Dance
Now the King of Lion Dance… I mean the black colour ones :P Yeah, I used to play lion dance back few years when I was still schooling. Looking for some fast cash on Chinese New Year and making myself as dark as an African is really unworthy… Feeling stupid now…
More Nice Lion Dance
Nowadays the lion was so nice… Nice fur, nice skin, and nice clothe for the player as well… I bet it cost more than RM6000!
Pink Dragon
And ending with this Pink Dragon… Weird… And of course, you’ll know the traffic is like shit that night…
Traffic Jam
I hate to stuck in the jam…

Something About Photography

Sibu
Sibu, a bustling and rapidly growing town located in the heart of Sarawak. Under an effective and highly popular Barisan Nasional or National Coalition government, bla bla bla, obviously a good introduction taken from sibu.com.my so just void this part.

Something about Sibu advertising is really a “yuck” word for me from now. First I thought Sibu advertising will be a good opportunity, but then, this morning when I was reading newspaper, I saw this picture, I like it for the style of the model..
Advertising
Of course as the topic stated, look at the photo and you’ll find something strange… Making me don’t want to take my breakfast..

Damn…

Durian Season

Whoa… Durian talk nowadays. Everybody buy durian. The famous durian stall would be in front of Tua Peh Kong…
Durian Stalls
Many durian stalls located there, so competition is on every moment, the price? Quite surprising for me cause it’s about 3 years they don’t sale :? From RM0.50 per durian to RM50 5 durian, your choice and your luck if you don’t know how to choose anyway. Well, I’m not so expert in picking durian, but I see and learn from my grandparent since I was 7, so here is some tricks…

First, light weight. Choose some light in weight durian, it’s mean the insider is fully “developed”, of course not too light and don’t pick at the rubbish bin as well.

Second, smell. Erm… Some people say it’s rubbish-kind-of-smell, some say good, well, up to you, the smelliest will be the best.

Third, colour. Yes, choose some dark green colour, not light green. Preferable dark green with some yellowish at the bottom, easy to be open :P

Hm… Nothing much there now… Sorry, I don’t have picture of durian to show :P Now it’s all up to your luck…
