When Advertisement Changed

Advertisement, claimed to be the most influences thing in our live, everyday we see advertising, to be honest, how many people actually cares about advertising huh? :lol: Who cares? But why they bother to do so? Reminder! Just a simple reminder about their services and products in case you go for another brand. Somehow, when YouTube was invented few years back, these advertisement turned 360 degree, no more giving money and let us flip over and forget about it or so… They created video, YouTube become a medium, internet become the media, away from the traditional newspaper, tv program as the medium and TV, paper and radio are the media. Let’s see how they advertised in YouTube…

Ray Ban sun glasses, it’s just a reminder. It doesn’t cost much for this production, even if it cost that much it worth it. Why? People watching it for God-sake! People even forward around the internet asking their friends to watch it, imagine if your friend called you and say “Hey, get The Star newspaper and turn to page 45, the advertisement there is funny!”, will you do that? Who have such a time to get a newspaper? Many people spending their time on the computer nowadays, the only way to make people share and remember is to do something like that. Well, it helps on their advertisement budgeting and planning too. YouTube is FREE hokay?!

Now, this is another one also, will you ask your friend to watch now? :lol: Comparing the Ray Ban with Levis, I love Levis one more :P They are so skillful! I wonder any of them hit their testicles when jumping from top???

Go For A Walk

Last weekend was nice, a few of us took sometimes out for a little walk, since Monday was Wesak day (Read: Public holiday), so my friend planned to have a walk outside the polluted city…
We
Although I’m not sure where we headed, but it’s a place called like “Bukit Tinggi” or something, the view, the air, the weather were just oh-my-God! Far better than the stupid Genting Highland with pollution of course.
Horses
We went to some horses farm or what I don’t know, it’s the first time I come so near to a horse :lol: They don’t smell that shit compare to the donkeys at rabbit farm though. Watching these horses costing us RM2 per person, riding them cost from RM45 onward which is so freaking expensive! Well, it’s rare to see horses in Malaysia anyway, of course they charge gao gao!
French alike
Then we went to a place, I forgot the name again, damn~! Got to get some medical that can help my memory… It’s something like Colmar XXXX? Whatever, it’s a french town alike concept, all the buildings there were built as if we’re walking somewhere in france, the whole area were decorated with lightnings and more lightnings and some ostrich feathers. Yet another idea to fool tourist, clever Malaysian :lol:
Rabbit farm
Anyway, last we went to the rabbit farm, where we can hug, touch take photos with rabbit, I’m not sure about eating rabbit though, there was a restaurant built there. Beside only rabbit, there were donkeys and deer and.. Dog the guidance of rabbit and… Cat the pet of the keeper? I don’t know, all I know is, I fall sick after that…

Still Olympic Or Not

So… I got this news from my friend that Sichuan, China had had an earthquake. Surprised me that it’s has been quite sometime that the geographical monster sleeping and sudden it came out again :?

Make sure you have your very own auto insurance just in case something like the blue car there happen. Anyway, this remind me about Beijing Olympic, although Sichuan and Beijing have a distance, but it does scare people don’t it? Suddenly this high jump athletic jump up and can’t seems to get down to the ground :? Let see what China almighty government can do to tell the world “Everything is going to be ok”.

MAS VS AirAsia

Think twice. Today I read it on newspaper and it’s so funny to see how desperate MAS wanted to take over AirAsia consumers. By using AirAsia color and element on their ads? Direct competition isn’t it? I didn’t get the shot though, so bear with me on your mind :lol: Anyway, reading from the newspaper, MAS so confident that the fare they promoting now is the cheapest and most importantly much cheaper than AirAsia, however, AirAsia CEO Tony was also acting so confident that their fare are the lowest, if anyone has a lower fare of MAS can get the money paid by Tony. Whoa, cool guy talks eh?
AirAsia fare
I’m afraid Tony is right, AirAsia will and still be the cheapest. Flying from Sarawak to Kuala Lumpur cost me only RM90 and remember, there is flight fee too, which is RM11. Somehow I read in the newspaper that flying from and to Sabah and Sarawak will cost RM122+ and flying in Peninsula Malaysia costing RM88+ by MAS RM0 fare promotion. Hmm… Which part of MAS asking that AirAsia didn’t?

Typical win-lose situation here. MAS has their pride, yes, it’s good to have pride so you get confident, but over pride isn’t that good too. AirAsia has a very limited flight routine if count from international flight. MAS who “actually” monopoly Malaysia airline that helps by the government have a tough competition with a newly formed 6 years old AirAsia? How pathetic…
