It’s A Food

The life here is great! Every morning I’ll have breakfast and capresso ready to serve me Thanks to my girl friend mother who has been really a mother (?) Unlike my mother, everything I’ll have to take care of myself. Well, sometimes when there is no idea what to eat, we were asked to get breakfast ourselves, so my girl friend brought me to somewhere crowded. Just to get the morning feel, you know, like the wet market in Tiong Hua road like that? The second floor you get the best Lakian Mee there?

Here in Pasar Rame we get to see this kind of hawker, 2 wheels running everywhere, I doubt he has a license. The only product is the Misop, where there will be some noodle in a soup (Duh!), sound great, smell great, look tasty, but…
Dish washer
The way he washs the dishes is disgusting! Those water is going to be reuse until the end of the day you know?!

Another New Theme

Yes, I finally coded my own WordPress theme, after all these years thinking about learning it and code it out and has been lazing around with flash instead, now I manage to come out some WordPress thingy. Alex, how is this template? Boleh tahan kah? Will come out more and more template soon.

This is the theme I wanted, as simple as possible, well, still seems like saw it somewhere, whatever, gotta love how to code it again This theme is also widget ready, both sidebar are widget enabled Now you can guess just how boring and nothing to do I am in Indonesia eh?

Update: Edited a little bit again Adding some icons does make the site look much more better. Pretty sure I will change it from time to time again, such a fun way to spend my little time in Medan here, soon I’ll need foreclosure help on my site or maybe my hosting account

Small Little Update

For your information I’m currently at Medan, Indonesia Well, if only you know about the limitation of internet connection here, you wouldn’t complaint about TMNet Streamyx anymore. Here, they still limit their users on bandwidth or hourly. I’m now using the 50 hours per month package without the speed guarantee as well. As well as the racist problem, let’s just don’t compare with the fine-ass countries, just compare everything Malaysia has with Indonesia, and you’ll know how lucky we (Malaysian) are actually Sigh… Limited hours of online really killing me Anyway, time to get more medigap liaw, got the feeling that I’m going to sick again.

Singapore Peranakan Museum

Peranakan Museum Singapore
The second best museum I went while I was in Singapore, was this museum, Peranakan, in short, it’s a cultural museum, sound boring eh? But the design in the building were so oh-my-god cool.

The overall building was old though, Singapore is good in re-using all the old building don’t they? Like Haji Lane also one of it? Hmmm… How about Sibu? Sibu just destroy one and build new one on the spot Sibu are fucking rich and full of fucking land!

The different thing about this museum is, it has a lot of language, just look at it, how far sight they are? They considering way too much, all language are those uniquely used on earth.
Furniture
This museum is all about how Singaporean came and the races. I just knew that Baba-Nyonya also one of the culture in Singapore, all this while I thought it belongs to Malacca, Malaysia Somehow, they manage to display almost EVERYTHING on a certain race, home furniture, cultural dressing, cultural wedding and etc. Should go and have a look if there’s a chance

Design Museum

Speaking of previous Singapore trip, Red dot design museum would be the best place I went. The whole red building with lots of design (Of course), or rather, sense of humor…

Anyway, most of my friend recognized Red Dot as an design award organization, as a matter of fact it’s not only an creative award organization, but it also provide creative services.

We only manage to catch up with the museum though, the entrance fee was SGD4 for student, just flash the student card! The good thing about Limkokwing student is, the card will NEVER expire, so once you’re graduated, keep the student card, I forgot which weekday when you go to watch movie in cinema, you’ll get discounted price as well Anyway, back to Red Dot Design museum.

The interior was big, but not as much creative product as I thought it has They just display a few (The best?) I don’t know. Some concept design product was display on wall with information only There are of course a big lcd mount on the wall to show some of their award winning night and blah blah blah…
