A video I found in YouTube, a very interesting topic indeed. So let’s go!

Facebook, a place where people getting updates about their friends. So when they meet up, they will start discussing what they saw in Facebook. Perfectly fine. However, when the question like “I saw you going/bought/have… Finance not bad huh?” then the answer will come back like, “No lah, not that rich”.

Seriously, showing your oversea trip and telling people you’re not rich because you fly with AirAsia? I mean, what is a flight got to do with the expenses you paid at the location? I have know I can claim my oversea trip bills on AirAsia, or I’m just out-dated with AirAsia policy?

Being rich is not a crime, get a fucking life. As long as those money come from clean way, what is there to embarrase about? Even if the money is from your parents, or you loan from bank or whatever mean you have, as long as it is clean, it is not wrong. Just fucking knod your head and tell them your fucking story.

A lot of time, there is this “desire” taking over the “analytical” thinking. When it come, the mind map will kick in. However, undeniably, it is hard for one person to do that, because when “desire” tells you, you fucking want that, you will want that and grab it. That’s why, I always shop with someone else. Doesn’t matter what the person think about me buying the item, s/he will start some comment, and that comment wake the mind map up.

Hope to still keep the house minimal this year. I’ve added a few non-sense already.

Recently, I hang a lot at the new YouTube and the almighty 9gag.

Yes, I am that idiot to go there, but hey, it’s a way for me to support the creativity of the people around the globe. I learn the word “ordinateurs portables” and “Me Gusta” and all kind of language. Then I get to see how funny an incident was before I knew it. It’s just a good entertainment channel.

As of YouTube, I think it has succeed in attracting people to watch more than the previous layout. Back then, it doesn’t support a quick subscribed channel, now it is much easier to change channel. Not only that, once I connected my Facebook and Google Plus, those who shared in the social sites are shown on my YouTube home page. It’s like, why wasting time checking updates from social sites.

Ok, back to brain storming.

Went to check out a few new properties recently. Some became my dream house, costing up to RM1million, for a terraced house. Funny how the property price raise soooo freaking fast just this few years.

So far, I haven’t really flexing my muscle on house/apartment yet. Besise small cabinet stuff and a rheem heat pump that I installed a month back. I’m looking for one… Still haven’t see one that is actually “click”.

Back then, there was an area where I like the most (still like it), the price was RM350,000, now they are double the price! Yet, I haven’t felt that I’m 5.8% richer according to whatever report the newspaper tried to tell me. Even if it is true, I don’t think that enable me to get on

Just came back from Medan. It’s been almost 2 years I didn’t visit Medan, the so-called second home for me Anyway, there isn’t much changes, beside those billboards. The traffic still that jam, the dust still that much and the people are still that slow.

However, the economy seems running so well that everything seems to made some price hiking. That remind me to work harder for myself too, seeing how Malaysia too have been making some price hiking activities.

Anyway, it was a good rest, beside checking and replying email, most of the time I was outside the house and my computer, good sign. Now that I’m back to office, time to pick up all the emails and tasks

There is this tauke nio who like to read all the available menu, which I can’t even catch one of it. The worst thing is, I can’t really ask her to go away. When I asked for 5 minutes, she came back within 2 minutes, even if there is no other customers.

The other thing I hate, which all KL citizen like to do most – Speak their own language. I mean mother tongue. Now first thing first, I don’t speak Cantonese. If you like to be a chinese so much with me, then speak Mandarin, isn’t it much more pure chinese than Cantonese? If you can’t express yourself in Mandarin or English, or Malay, be my guest, I understand Cantonese, no problem.

The tauke nio doing the same thing. Doesn’t matter how many times I tried to speak mandarin with her, she just don’t get it. And I blame it on myself for not speaking English with her the first day

In this days, wearing breeches doesn’t mean you need to talk horse to them. Talk to them in “human understand-able language” , Cantonese, FooChow, Hokkien are dialect, leave it at home and your close one, ok?

In Malaysia, we need to really respect the multi-racial concept. Either use Bahasa or English. Bahasa is the best though, seeing how it is the national language and I bet any of you speak a word or two don’t we?
