It was a hot afternoon, so my sister and I thought of having a little chit chat session so we went to the nearest kopitiam and sat there for a drink. My sister asked me if this kopitiam have cream soda, she mentioned that how long since the last she drank it, so I asked the boss, boss told me a lot of drink that is so… Childhood. So I ordered…

I know it’s bad for me to drink cold, but the afternoon was too hot!!! Anyway, we chat for a while and check each mobile phone, my sister is a mobile freak though, but somehow, it’s a re-payment mobile Sigh… It’s hard to climb a step down from the comfortable life eh? When I’m bored out on the seat, I check around…

So, how they actually count these nutrition? By using a computer detection or simply write anything? Hey, it’s Sibu made ok? You never know how IT the factory actually is hokay?! Maybe some people die because this also, you know, maybe some ingredient here trick the cancer or whatsoever illness to be worst. Like fake horse supplements might kill your baby production nuts, right?

Keep On Black Out

After a month I’m here, I thought there won’t be any black out again, but just when I’m touch down the land, black out happen. Am I really “dai sai” to Medan as well? Each time I’m here, there WILL be black out happen averagely 4 hours, and the worst thing is it happen on the noon time, when the sun is shining 90 degree above our head, and all the heat went into the house and just when we desperately needing some fan or air conditional, the black out came.

Half a minute after the black out, you can heard all kind of noisy engine sound started to play and you can see all those steering rack alike genset with some dirty smoke coming out non-stop. The only way to go was to the nearest shopping complex, have a walk there, spend some money sitting in the McDonalds and talk cock for like… 4 hours averagely

Daun Pisang

Banana leaf, one of the resources that keep on raising its price few years back, because the lack of banana trees and place for banana trees. However, in Medan here, people so love banana leaf that they have it on every plate!

From my experience, only nasi lemak in Malaysia has this banana leaf under it, also some mamak store has this culture that banana leaf as their plate. But in Medan, almost all plate has banana leaf, satay, kue tiaw goreng etc

Medan Fair

That day I went to Medan Fair, quite a big shopping complex here in Medan. It has carrefour in it and has a whole floor of IT related shops very nice one. Anyway, I didn’t spend much time walking around in the mall, guess how my girl friend survive with me eh? She cannot simply asked me to go shopping one.

This corn in cup is just like Malaysia one, but much more expensive though, it costed me Rp8000, equal to almost RM3.00 it’s not cheap dude, most I found only like RM2.50 or lesser. Anyway, I found this guy…
