The stolen sunglasses

After I moved to this apartment, I need to get used to a few thing: Car park at a designated location, walk a distance, wait lift, walk a distance, open door and be at home.

Now the problem here is all the process. I so used to live in a land property, back home, back in college, so I don’t really used to lock my car :P

The other day, I totally forgotten about locking my car. Until at night, when I check, the car was opened and somebody came in and took my lovely Persol sunglasses :(

Sunglasses

Well, the good thing is, they did not take my money in the car :P

Ok, I’m just trying to comfort myself for the lost sunglasses. Time to look for another one.

Passive income?

Last night, while chatting with friends about how to create a good source of passive income and some by working on kids Easter gifts online or some other IT related business (It was sound a lot like enterprenuer converstation).

Working

However, we came to a conclusion that, there is no passive income, the only term we can come out with it “Maximal profit, minimal task”.

As a Christian, I believe God already has a plan here, and His plan is longer than we can imagine. When the day Adam ate the apple and stuck in all men’s throat until today, God stated that men will need to work to get food. That is the powerful statement until last night.

You are looking for passive income? Think again. Name any job on earth, there is work related, period!

Chief Everything Officer

That should sum up everything.

Namecard

We still prefer to know a ranking, or someone’s name tags to give respect. Chief this, Chief that, executive this, senior that, then we ended up politic them all.

When I first started this home office, I got confused of what to place on my tag. A web designer? A web developer? An owner? I ended up placing the one I feel comfortable with – Web developer. Though I call all the shot in this office :D

So foreign worker, we already set our mind, don’t we? People tend to take Indonesian as labour, unless of course a position is stated. Now, that only apply to most Asia countries, when it comes to western countries, we tend to take them as expatriate, even they are just a receiptionist in ann office.

My next name card is going to be CEO! Sound much much better.
