While studying in college, I used to walk a lot. From apartment to the bus station, back and fore is about 1km. I started to believe that walking is one of the fast weight loss tips, not to mention an article I read today confirmed it.

Well, not all people use to walking. Unless of course, it is inside a mall under air-condition. They drove all the way down to the basement parking, look for the nearest space to the elavator to shops. Even if that mean they have to park somewhere without parking line. The nearest the better.
The simplest thing that I learn when I was 2 year-old, make the cheer and happiness for my parent doesn’t really last long. Or perhaps, I don’t get cheer to walk that’s why I lazy to walk?
Anyway, I believe in Malaysia, fat food is not exactly the cause of fat people. It is the laziness that is cause of fat. See me as example lah~
