While we did thought about selling products online instead of selling services online. Servicing is just taking too much time, don’t they? Selling product on the other hand, is more fixed on the requirement and all.

Currently I am reading a book, a title that catched my eyes while I was in Popular bookstore a week back. It called “What Customers Really Want: Bridging the Gap Between What Your Company Offers and What Your Clients Crave“
Now that is what I am reading and trying to digust whatever is in there.
Though I can’t deny that having an online social networking helps, but this book here, wrote some “others” stuff that we totally forgotten, and that is not even on socialing with customer.
Will go through this book and combined the coaching session from David Wang and come out something
