Even our health ministry is promoting healthy lifestyle with more exercise, more fruit, more vegetable and etc. Those are the thing people always forgotten in daily basic. Those are the one that cause fat building around the body. Ever encounter people say “Char bee hun don’t want vegetable“?
With the so-called technology and medical advancement today, a lot of people tend to think diet-pills works perfect or so. At least both my sister think that way, and never did I see them exercise a bit their muscle. Any exercise will help, even a jogging.
