First, it was Chinese New Year.

Surely, I won’t miss the opportunities of the biggest junk food allowance of the year. Then came the holiday (literally), I am in Medan. Nothing I need to do, mostly, get my job done. The only result I see all these are, fat… And more fat around the waist…
Now that remind me how active I was on my high school or before I leave town.

The most important thing I would do is sleep. Have more than enough sleep everyday
Then I spend my afternoon outside, I don’t know where, just outside, looking for this and that chit cheering. Sometimes, even went to settle some problem with friends. That’s stupid, but it’s an activities after all

On the evening around 5.00pm to 7.00pm, I’ll be ready on basketball court almost happen daily. Believe me, the safest weight loss pills are exercise, period!
Now that I am an working adult, I spend more time sitting than activities that benefit myself.
