Did you notice

Streamyx, PayPal, Prudential, Maybank, Proton, Windows and all those big brand services providers has too much complaint online and offline?
Logos
Streamyx, claimed itself to be the fastest and most reliable broadband in Malaysia but did not kept its promises. PayPal transaction has been pissing people on and off for the refunding and their policies. Prudential unstable life insurance rates also a point. Maybank too, and I don’t want to mention too much hurt about Proton.

Why this happen? User database. The only answer I can find is the user base they have. The more users one brand has, the more complaint it seems to have too, because people talks.

Windows for a quick example, how many user has switched to become an Apple users? As for Apple users, how many percent market they have now? If you are anal enough, I’m sure you can find some complaints about it on the internet too.

Well, we as a users, the least we can do is, eat the shit. Because on their business, they already know their complaints, even if they are keen on solving the problem it takes time too.

P/S: I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days. I am NOT pissed by Streamyx this few days…

The people of Sibu

Avatar
I went and watched Avatar last night. Somehow feel like forced but ended up feel good about it, as it is really a nice movie. Anyway, the point I’m writing this entry is not about the movie. It’s about the people here. Just feels like want to teach people, how to be more… Civilize.

Que up

Sibuan don’t que, because que taking time and might make you lose the chance. It is not some limited cheap new york hotels deal for God shake. It is a cinema, with ticket you can rest assure you’re in for the movie. Que the fucking up people!

Lower your tone in cinema

I’m not saying you don’t talk in cinema, we are communication-freak-animal. It is good to talk, but lower the tone. You don’t watch movie at your home’s theater room, you watch with… What, 80 strangers? That also mean turn your phone to silent mode, nobody wants to know how much you love your ringtones.

It is a yellow box

Crossroad
The road is coloured with yellow line, we called it as yellow box in law. It simply means, DO NOT STOP there and give way for others you fools! With population only 25,000 in this small town, traffic jams are caused by that simple rule.

For the last point, it’s simply just personal, don’t talk it too serious alright?

In English always make you look better

I know, my look kind of (perhaps so much alike) a dayak, especially with my hair cut now. It’s totally fine with me and I already get used to it. But, if you speak english at home and with your spouse, try to use that international language to ask me.

2010 and all

I used to think that making a list of wishlist would motivate me. All my wishlist were temporary, they don’t last too long until I get bored of them, that’s why I don’t bother about the wishlist and all those. See what I can, get what I get when the time is right. Being motivated for a little item that I “want” sound a little bit naive for me :P Unless it is a “need” item. Anyway, here are some list I learned for the past 12 months.

  1. Friend in need is a friend indeed

When I was so busy running and preparing everything from 1 to 10 on my wedding preparation within a short 3 days time. A lot of friends came and offer their help to me. One friend came to me while I was taking rest, he said “What can I help you? You have only 2 hands, how much can you do?” and the rest become history and I’m so free after that.

  2. Work with a mean boss

Yes, that is a learning too. Because at least I know how it feels next time my friends told me about how mean their boss are.

  3. WordPress

I seriously got hooked up on the end of 2008. Though I was just playing with the theme only. After a few months on, I started to pick up quite some interesting articles and hacks on WordPress.

  4. Hard work don’t always pay early

While I was working as a construction labor, the hard work always pay on time, every month. But when it is white collar, hard work don’t pay every month on time. Hard work does pay, but not as early as you always expected. So it takes time. Starting from study and freelance to working and freelance, I just started to taste the little sweet on it.

  5. Health issue a bit

Though I always want to have more hair and use under eye cream to get rid of the dark eyes. Now I know that sleep well and eat well works. Nothing beat the on-time-delivery for the body. Yes, I started to grow my hair already

Done my BS… Love it when it happen spontaneously :)

A sentence can brainwash a person

Street dance stage
Just came back from the whatever “street dance” event at Sanyan Time Square. All I can describe is “Not interesting and not fun at all“. Initially I thought to have a walk at any park only, since Time Square has an event, why not have a look and maybe spot some hot chick?!
Wisma Sanyan
First of all, the whole event is just to promote the street dance academy. Decorated with lots of Christmas tree that was used for the event happened 3 days ago. Street dance is not equal to Christmas.

Second of all, I heard way too much about one sentence “it is to promote [insert activity title] so the teenagers will keep themselves away from bad habit, such as drugs“. A simple yet overused sentence can still be powerful enough to brainwash some of the people there, from my over heard.

Seriously, I can name any activities and use the same exact sentence and yet still so powerful. And you still wonder why TV commercial like this also sell?

Because people have not evo yet!

Scammer still on going

China phone call, one of the most hottest and well-known scammer that scam lots of people and were also reported in newspaper. Phone calling for college student loans, winning lucky draw, need to verify your bank account and etc. Yet, more and more people still getting scammed by it. The core problem is not the scammer calls, it’s the human attitude – Greed.
Money
Who doesn’t want money. But greed blinds all. Once before Max asked me an interesting question “You need money or you want money?“, question is very clear. If you need money, it’s urgent and you need to somehow magically appear those money; if you want money, it’s not urgent, it’s just the matter of living expense and it’s flexible too.

Some victim lost RM100K of saving, imagine that, with RM100K money ready to be spend, why would you need more unnecessary money? Like Alex mentioned to me few days back. As long as you haven’t spend the money, it’s not your money, even the money in the bank. Bank book shows you only the number you have in the bank, but they did not guarantee it is your money. You never know tomorrow you go out and got it by a car, the more you have in the bank the more you’re making yourself tired for absolutely nothing.

P/S: I’m not saying saving is useless, but greed for more and useless, it’s a number after all…
