Late night debugging

I can’t help to scream tonight. It has been 2 days I tried to debug a site on IE6. Who the hell still using IE6, seriously, let’s not say it kill a web designer, it is SLOW! (I installed an IE6 for testing purpose too). Just like Webdesigner Depot reported, it happen to me as well. Now I have to fix both :?
No IE6
Though there are plenty of site supporting to change or upgrade IE6. But after a second thought, we are paid to work on those :(

However, my mind also start twisting when having a short rest. We all can’t blame on IE6 alone, as far as I remember, table works very well with all browsers, it was the XHTML/CSS that screwed up with the web designer. I did a serious thinking about turning the site into table-based before, since some people don’t really care about the standard, but more on viewing it in browser they like, not the web designers like, you see.

Later few days I will attend some event, I guess even the best eye wrinkle cream won’t help me now. Seriously, sometimes luck like to play trick with people. Erm… Should start thinking positive better, Law of Attraction, or God won’t give something I can’t handle? Whichever works better and faster… So freaking sleepy now….

The short trip to east coast

Once I stepped into LCCT, my friend asked mne if I would follow him to take a short trip to Kelantan and Terengganu then to Pahang for three days. Since I’m quite a “free man” now, so I followed. Didn’t really take the rest after back home. But now, I need to diet liaw. Gained 5kg from Indonesia trip and another 2kg from this short trip!!!
Green day
You may know that east coast states are under opposition, so there is no highway to drive. Heh, “belas kasih” this government, did not make a good example for the nation, and expecting us to go 1 Malaysia? I doubt! Let’s not go into politic now.
Rantau Panjang
Of course, if you are in Kelantan and you’re a smoker. You must go to Rantau Panjang and get some tax-free cigarette

I like both Kota Bharu and Kuala Terengganu a lot! Both are some very calm city and feel harmony than any place in KL. I can actually feel the “1 Malaysia” or “Unity” in those states.
Shop houses
If there’s any chance to go there again, I will. But not with car… But with plane… Sitting in the car for 6 to 8 hours is a real bitch!!!

The 8 hours trip

Just took an 8 hours ride with my friend to Kota Bharu, Kelantan. I don’t know why, he asked, I just nodded my head and brought some of my clothes (which is still in the luggage) and my laptop.
KB Mall
The 8 hours ride wasn’t as bad as I thought it will be. Normally I need toilet break every one hour, that evening, I trim down my water consumption to only one big mineral water bottle. Still good :) Lucky that there are some auto accessories in the car so I can online on my mobile phone, quite addicted to Twitter after the Indonesia trip :P
Hotel and laptop
Was thinking to finish up some work today in the room, but I left my modem on his car and he is on his way out for some business trip, I… However, look for WiFi area and sit down… Finished my work. Feels great, time to get lazy :)

September blog update

Been away with some work

Works
Been absent from my blog for few days. Busy running with some works on hand. Hopefully it will be over before next week. THE week I’m waiting for so long… Worked overtime a few times to get ahead with my schedule so I can be more relaxing when back to Puchong :)

Cambridge Mall

Cambridge Mall
They said it is a new mall and it has all the good food and cafe in the mall. But as usual, you’ll get insurance quote from agents and credit card offer in the mall :) Well, Starbuck there has a good view though, that is where I spend the most.

Added “Medan” category

Medan road
Since my girlfriend told me that soon she will be able to add Nuffnang ad banner on her site and I think it is also my time to add something outside to my blog category also?

Proton in Indonesia

Spotted Proton cars in a car exhibition in Sun Plaza this afternoon. The first thing came to my mind was to check their pricing and compare it with Malaysia car. The exhibition has Proton Gen2, Gen2 Persona (don’t know why it has a “Gen2″ there), Savvy, Exora, Satria and Saga, all products were there.
Proton Exora
This Proton Exora cost RM68K, which is almost the same with Malaysia price… Hmmm… Any deal in between Indonesia and Malaysia?

Anyway, it’s been few days I sit there and work like a mad cow… Where to pakto tomorrow? :P
