Just another thought of the day

End of the day, night time, where I like to overlook something that happen. Just went out for a tea break with friend. What can I say? There are categories of friends, even now.

Simply for tea

These are the category that I don’t really like to go for. Because the point was tea or some dessert. Honestly, having those are a little time wasting for me. Really! I used to think that taking bath, eating, the journey from one place to other are all time wasting. What good does it do anyway? Bath, if I don’t sweat for days, what’s the point? Eating, if I’m not hungry, forget it! Journey, what on earth am I doing on the road? Seriously, record was made on 5 days without a bath, 1 breakfast for the whole day and 1 week without stepping outside. Still healthy :)

Dirty jokes

Arh… This keep remind me of the colleagues when I was working in industrial supplies of steel. But really, no insult, no offend, those who are still under educated like dirty jokes a lot. I seldom get into a gentleman that talk dirty. That was years ago, which also say, I’ve upgraded my standard :lol:

Life

Actually, it’s more or less like social issues kind of friends. I can spend quite a lot of time for this one though. It’s like forum, all information will be contained inside. All sort of issues and thinking are floating around the conversation. Well, money no :P Cause it is more into another category. Most of the time, age like us would talk about classmate and the old days.

Personal

I think this category don’t need a lot of friends. Only one or two top. It is just personal matter :)

So I guess I do pick friends after all :)

Gone a legend

Malaysia just lost a legend. An international recognized film maker Yasmin Ahmad pass away yesterday at the age of 51, too young. Why is a legend have to die early? May she rest in peace.

One of the most memorable TVC she made was this Petronas TV commercial for Chinese New Year 2006.

This TVC tick a lot of people to think about family. I have to say, this commercial gave me a lot of impact. It is so truth that people keep comparing each other, (don’t tell me you don’t). Does this means we, Malaysian are also kiasu?

This is another one that I like a lot. The last paragraph has it all. Tun M should take a look into this TV commercial instead of writing things about sharing land.

With all these touching TV commercial and film that she has made, don’t you think, we, as a Malaysian should start thinking about what “harmony” and “love” really means for us nowadays? Take a cup of Nespresso, sit down there, think, how many of you have friend that is not your own race… I think I won’t be seeing any TV commercial like those anymore :(

Stupid thought after stupid lunch

Yesterday was hot, the weather changed 360 degree suddenly. I thought the raining season is coming, almost the whole week I get a wet morning. But last night was hot, until I can only sleep naked.
Saturday lunch
After having a simple lunch I went out for a bit. Shit you not, the lo mai gai is so damn oily!!! That’s why I added another 2 vegetable bum to make myself feels better :lol: Freelance project has been declining this few weeks, due to personal thing to rush, so I’ll just go for a relaxing weekend, as well as today. I went to Sunway Pyramid after a few month did not step into the mall, still the same, weekend, people mountain people sea. Funny thing was when I was having dinner at McDonald’s, the 2 chicks was discussing about best diet pills with broucher on their hand eating McDonald’s… Went to pay my Celcom bill at Blue Cube, with the today technology, no body want to use a greener idea on billing their customer, only P1 implement the best billing system – Email and we based invoice. I think I am too into environment already. Recent years I have been receiving email with “consideration” at their signature.

What makes people so considerate about the environment when they’re the one who building house, making waste printing and paper, and not to mention turn on their air-con for 24 hours in the office. Well, at least people are starting to consider the environment than nothing.

To solve something

“[Name] I have a problem with you. Either call me to arrange tonight meet place or Monday I will talk to you. I want to settle up, if you have problem with me, tell also.”

Exact 159 charathers I sent to my boss just now. He replied that he is busy, so I suggest Monday, but he insist so he called me, and I insist on Monday. I think time to have some conversation instead of letting him or me playing trick in the office. The feel about confronting people have been long gone inside of me. However, in this kind of situation, the best is to solve it face-to-face instead of a phone call or SMS, trust me, with 2 years of relationship in texting, I know better.

I actually don’t have much of a problem with him, but with the attitude he shows in the office. From telling joke that is so yesterday to refuse to give priority to his employee. I don’t know how many times I asked him questions that I get nothing but a turn-and-walk-away answer, leaving me question marks floating around my head. Staying up late in the office for fairness as he said, I was pretty ok to stay late, if I have work. At the end of the day, I find out that he just want people to stay in office instead. Honestly I don’t know if I am selling my skills there or selling my precious time. The whole attitude of his, made him having lunch alone in the office. I did, try to be nice and out of respect and invite him for a lunch together, no answer and ended up eating alone still. So I think I’ll just stop wonder why now.

Getting away from my desk

CDs pack
It’s been a month I did not step outside the house. Everyday I finish my job and went home, I’ll just stay at my room, typing something useless, watching old movies and on and on. I just got back a bunch of old CDs I b orrowed my friend two years ago :)

Anyhow, Sunday, a lovely and raining day, I figure I should take a walk outside my room. I feel so anti-social recently, I almost need to brush my teeth few times a day. I went to IOI mall alone, was thinking to watch Megan Fox but I was there around 4.00pm and the screening was on 6.30pm so I did not bother about it. Just walk around the mall. With people mountain people sea, I see a lot of interactive that I did not encounter for long. Children having fun with one baloon, parents arguing while walking and so on.

I really need to have some outside world interactive instead of the interactive Facebook and Twitter gave me :)
