Who to blame

I don’t know who to choose to blame over the connectivity of my P1, the promoter who excited to earn the commission I’m gonna pay him or P1 who did not give a full information for the promoter/reseller? I re-registered P1 again, because they mentioned that there’s coverage at my area, so happily I took the modem back home again thinking to be able to online using P1 instead of Streamyx. But there is thing I don’t know, and nobody told me until I called back into the customer support.

Under Maintenance

P1 Modem
Well, if the maintenance only takes a few days is fine, because I got 15 days trial which I can still be able to test the connection. But this maintenance taking a few weeks!!! That’s the information I got from the customer support though.
P1 coverage
Checking into P1 website for coverage, it clearly stated that my area have coverage already, but! There’s no indication about it’s under maintenance or even a simple quick note on the site (Like announcement in Streamyx site maybe?).

Here is so far I found from P1 customer support:
1, Don’t waste time email them from the contact form on P1 website. No reply from my side.
2, Give information that I already know. They don’t solve me problem, but give me some choices.

Hell, I’m giving it a few more days to see if the coverage is up or not. If not, send back the modem and I’m banning P1. If there’s connection, I’ll test it, if not satisfy, send back modem. In the end of the day, it’s Malaysia, nothing even close to the word “average”.

Start blogging again

After a month working, I think I’ve stopped the passion on blogging. I dumped lots of blogs around the internet and sleep like hell at home every night once I arrived home from work :lol: It’s not about lazy, it’s about me jumping my both leg into the working environment.

Everything seems to be smooth at the moment. However, the visa thing has been a great shake for few weeks now. Time is getting closer and closer, my girl friend gonna step her foot here for a vacation, this is the only chance to do all those visa thing which, we still haven’t get any direction to go yet :? Well, this might somehow needing Outer Banks to settle some accommodation if everything runs smooth.

The big brother gonna study again! I don’t understand him, when will he start realize that he is living in the real world? Defeated by some small matter and he rather go back to school, brick head type some more. Arriving day after tomorrow, so it means I’ll have to spend money again :(

I think I just don’t understand what am I blogging here. Just feel like keep in touch with my .com so I can sleep better tonight :)

The direction list

Went to Bangsar for a short meeting the other day. Everything seems to be smooth, but things strike me a lot though. The long journey from Puchong to Bangsar giving me a lot of space and time to think a lot though.
In my room
After stepping into another level of life, I asked myself, what am I looking forward to now; what is the direction now, and all sort of crazy questions that I cannot answer myself now. Anger I am, so I went to wash my car then have a few round of jog, then clean and refresh myself. Then head off to Giant “thinking” to buy something for tomorrow, but ended up I didn’t buy anything. Lesson, a checklist is important.

Speaking of checklist, I think if I don’t have a checklist for my direction, I might not get to what I want, instead of having a dilemma choosing a direction, I listed my direction on my wallpaper!

Yet another day with Streamyx

So, I thought the sommon would give them some lesson on not to fool the customer again. Which I think it’s just useless, because they just so used to be like this since the first day of their existance.

It’s not about how they restoration going on, but rather, how they answer the customer that make me go nut. The other day, my itchy hand told me to search around the complaint people made in The Star online. Unfortunately, I only found a few, which I think The Star editor has been very hardworking on censoring a lot of them. What made this complaint so good? Well, Streamyx technicial actually replied back in The Star to make sure he is working fine now. My question? They how about people around the area that possibly having the same problem like him and just so fed up to even pick up the phone or online to do this complaint?

Giving one person satisfaction is just not the right thing to do. Just because they push, doesn’t mean they are exclusive in the matter. Search around the google about the complaint on Streamyx or Scream me or TMNut, I bet they can’t run away from the 10,000 pages. But really, does this matter to them (Streamyx)?

If you’re talking about a developing country (Like they mention for Malaysia) I would expect a better one, because “developing” means getting better and better to compete with the developed country. But if you’re talking about third world country wannabe, I think that is the “best effort” the country can give.
