How I distress myself

I’m a normal guy as well. Most people thought I’m a guy who laugh a lot and never have to worry about things, living in my own world. That’s actually what I’m looking for, but the reality hit me hard though. It’s not like movies nor fairy tale stories to be alive. That’s why, I’m both blessed and pening to be alive
Sometimes, I fo get depressed, but it depend on the situation though, from light to heavy. These are how I get rid of the mood and continue the fight.
1, Watch movies!
The best way to get rid of light pressure. Although I might need to finish a lot of work. But it become secondary when movies came in. I’ll finish all my movies, take a shower and prepare myself well then only sat down and ready to work, even it’s midnight.
2, Clean up my room.
This require a great work and at the same time, I took it as an exercise. Cleaning as in, sweep the floor, mop the floor, clean my ceiling fan, adjust my study table and etc. Almost everything in the room will be cleared. After that, a shower and sit down for work. It felt much better with a clean environment
3, Sleep the hell out of myself.
If I can’t get away from anything else, like the world is crumbling down. I go to sleep. I would sleep for more than 12 hours or so, just to get ready for a fight. Normally when I choose this path, it means I’m really in pressure. I sleep at daylight and woke up at midnight, then only I work until the next morning. It’s to make sure I have a clear and silent environment. That however, helps me to be more productive than anything else.
Strange this is, I need a shower doesn’t matter which path I went for. I love taking bath or I need to clean my mind and body at the same time? Anyway, I am now on the 3rd stage.
