Recently I watched this old movie by Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson - Anger Management. I saw this trailer while I was wandering around YouTube, so I go and download the movie to see how funny it is.
Well, it is funny but it has the teaching there though. It’s like… You better don’t stop your anger in yourself. Like I did. Most of the time, I tend to just drop all the shout inside me instead of telling them nicely. I’m sure I can talk out nicely with anyone, but I choose not to. I choose to talk about it behind the person with my friends, what’s the point anyway? Well, beside to have some topic to talk about 
Thinking back, if I did some changes back then. I’m sure my life wouldn’t be that pathetic now Maybe not. Anyway, just to talk out and see if it work, it started from my housemate Poor guy… Now you know how much argument I’ve been through…
