It’s Good To Gain Some Weight

Weight
Few years back I was weight 57.5kg. Few months ago, I lost a few kg down all the way to 55kg, might due to the uncertain lifestyle in college. A month ago, I gain almost 10kg when I was on my trip in Indonesia recently. Dare I doing diet pill reviews post :lol: Now, this is the eating time table my girl friend’s family having:

9.00am = Breakfast. It’s a full portion of mee.
12.00pm = Lunch hour.
4.00pm = Tea break. Any cake/chocolate/fruit you name it.
6.00pm = Dinner time.
Sometimes, just sometimes, there’s supper!

How can’t I gain weight with such of time table :D Anyway, when my girl friend mentioned about breakfast, I thought it’s time for breakfast :D But just how long I haven’t get a good breakfast after previous Indonesia trip. Be right back!

P/S: Yes, Streamyx fool me again this few days :(

  1. Looking at your eating schedule, I think it’s normal. I also follow such schedule, in fact I eat every 2-3 hours but with small portion of food of course. Yes, it’s good to gain some weight – I thought 55kg is underweight but that depends on how tall you are. Anyway, do some exercise and there’s no problem eating like that everyday : )
