What’s with the register my IC thingy? It’s just some bunch of bullshit thing the government want to scare off the SMS scammers, listen, this days, scammers are using some international number, you go catch the scammer if you can. If i remember it correctly you are not allowed to own more than 10 number under your name. You can check terms n condition at happy and digi site.
