Well, not so happy anyway, because some charges and hidden terms and condition in Happy itself
Happy never state any email/phone number on their site, so there is no customer service from Happy (Can DiGi customer service answer Happy?
), I think they did this to cut the extra cost so I can enjoy the low rate calling, which is not really that low too, like I said, they hide some information from me…

Calling for 45 minutes only RM0.99 this is the only happiness I got I think. Which also not the ideal to be “happy” all the way. So what is with the RM1.00 on the statement? It’s oversea SMS! The most expensive oversea SMS rate after Maxis (RM0.50), this is the hidden message I’m talking about. I’ve look around for their email or customer service but I didn’t see any, so I just sent a few and bang, I got to pay a lot!
Well, I think Happy package is not really happy, the only happiness might be the calling rate. I introduced this package to my friend who just started dating, you know, when two just started, they call a lot! He ran to me last night, told me that the calling rate is fucking low and keep smiling and laughing, this is the happy I guess…
P/S: GPRS/WAP/MMS also using DiGis ![]()
