Finally, after a whole month waiting for this card, it’s here today!
I was cleaning up my room the whole morning, and this postman came here and give me this package 
So, withdraw PayPal? Not yet, I think I’m better off trying this card first!
So, I got my debit card PIN as well now, just don’t know how to link it to my saving account yet, maybe have to rush to the bank tomorrow 
Just wonder if I can withdraw the Outer Banks (PayPal) to this card now or not

Well, you can go and verify your card first. It takes a while for PB to sent you the statements with the expanded use number for Paypal.
