Almost all of my family members has the hair loss problem, I don’t know why, does some genetic thing works on hair loosing too?

Although some barber telling me how well Provillus works, but it just don’t work with me, maybe I was born with less hair? But I did see some areas are coming out more significant day by day though, my father and brother has the most serious hair loosing now, none of us know how to help it, but then, according to my mom, those mineral food could help the loosing, I doubt of it, although hair growing coming faster after consumption.
