To Do Or Not

It’s been weeks, months or maybe years I didn’t call Streamyx customers care line and now I’m considering to give a call tomorrow morning. How can I online and download MP3 with the connection that disconnect every 10 to 15 minutes? I’ve been watching the ADSL LED all the time when I’m online you see. Each time I felt the slow down loading page I can see the LED blinking.

Honestly I don’t mind a slow connection, I mean no one would expect a real good connection from Streamyx right? But at least a stable connectivity is a must for a broadband isn’t it? Best effort mean with connection and a stable ones, not an unstable connection and not to mention a dial up speed. 4MB broadband my ass! I can’t imagine if I’m paying RM268 a month getting a suck ass connection with unstable connectivity, does TM really give the best to its customers?

I don’t know where to point my finger, the technicians? The marketing? The IT staffs? Or the board of Directors? I know there won’t be one story on every incident, but humor me somebody please?

  1. yeah!!! they keep on doing promo and sales and setup booths everywhere to tarik customers, but they never seems to correct errors in their existing customers base.
