But in business... working hours is working hours. besides that, did they promise a good connection at a certain time? if yes, and if you can find the prove, yes you can sue for sure. but it is advisable that u purchase a complain form from the court. it cost u about rm10. after you summitted the form, the court will help you write a complain letter to TM net. whenever people receive this form, immediately they will feel scared. this is a legitimate way of threatening. believe me it works.
