Alright, this is so sick! Never expect it would happen on me, since I’m having a great connection speed like no other. Yes, most people kept complaining Streamyx for the lack of speed as stated, lack of support, lack of uptime and all that, but not me for a year!
What happen actually you asked. Ok this is what happen. I have this package speed on 1.0MB download speed and 385KBPS uploading speed. Yeah, it’s the fastest connection for individual usage. But one fine day, I notice my connection was slow or slower than 56KBPS (Dial up), so instead of sratching my head out of the matter, I called the custormer support team to see what really happen. And after waited for like 15 minutes and called for 3 times, they finally picked it up and say a nice “Hello! Welcome to Streamyx, what may I help you?” Jesus christ, somebody finally pick up the call after 3 attempts of calling and 45 minutes of waiting time! Thanks God!
First off, they asked me to test the bandwidth test on their website, so I did, but since it’s too slow, they asked me to call back later (?!) Alright, I wait and wait, the test is like never ending at 50% for both download and upload speed, so I called up the support team again. They asked me to test one by one, so I tested download, it showed 75.04KBPS (!) and upload is like never finish and stucked at 10%. So they claimed a report for me and asked me wait for another 24 to 48 hours for this problem to fix.
What I shock was the 75.04KBPS download speed, which I suppose to get at least 900-1000KBPS speed, that is lower than 10% of my package dude! And now, I cannot upload a single thing since the upload speed is a mystery, suspected to be 0KBPS.So now I have to wait for another 24 hours to fulfil their 24 to 48 hours. Malaysia Boleh? Yeah right…

complaints made by normal citizens is meaningless. The TMNet customer service department is just a small nut in such a big corporate under TM Group. The officers are only ‘makan gaji’ and do not really care about the complaints. The TMNet management ppl won’t feel anything as long as no such big guys from mega corporate or political arena voice out. Also, upgrading broadband equipments incurred the capital expenditure. TMNet won’t just allocate such amount of budgets simply because complaints made by us (small guys). The only thing I can say is whether you want to use Streamyx or not, if not, then simply unsubscribe because TMNet won’t do anything just because of your complaint or losing you as valuable customer. Sad and disappointed about TMNet.
don’t call 1-300-88-9515. those technician are stupid and “makan gaji buta”. They do nothing and care nothing . They only telling stupid solution –>> trouble shooting. Why doing “trouble shooting” ??? Problems are from Streamyx itself, not customers.

Even receiving million of complaints, they still pretend as if nothing is happening. they will tell you “we are upgrading” “we will serve you better in the future” >>>>>>>>>>>BULLSHIT!!!
All are “ALASAN”. Streamyx server is actually extremely “overloaded” and streamyx still don’t care. That is why, streamyx have to switch off or slow down speed of customers’ line.
Streamyx is “TERUK”!!
I suffer “unreasonable disconnection and speed slow” every month. That’s why, I demand monthly pill adjustment at every month. I will only pay for what I used.

you streamyx staff are really stupid. so many customers make complaints and yet you still do nothing. the major problems with streamyx broadband line are:
@ frequent disconnection
@ speed unstable / slow down
@ blocking of BT usage
you only lucky because government giving support. if without government support, you people are all die long time ago. you people are stupid and only “makan gaji buta”. you don’t feel ashame of yourself ??

The customers’ anger is growing bigger and bigger everday. When one day, customers loss their patient, then Streamyx will be regreted.
Government is supporting you. And for this reason, you streamyx staff must perform even better. Don’t be proud of you own status. because at customers side, you streamyx staff are only “makan gaji buta”, “lazy” , “care nothing, do nothing”.

While Jaring i offfering alternatives, its important to see who control the tangible cable lines. Anyway, i think Maxis is also good, since once, back 5 years ago I was living in an area where Maxis’s line were good and their dial up never fails to impress.

7. Then File, Save As (put a name) Save into your desktop
